The law firm MMBR Avocats is the result of the merger of several lawyers with complementary skills and areas of practice.

Pierre-Yves MONTAVON and Yves C. MERMIER founded a firm specialising in tax, commercial and civil law in 1993. They were joined in 2010 by François L. MEYNOT, founding partner of MB & Associés in Paris, as external consultant partner.

Claudio A. REALINI joined the firm in 2012 as a partner, focusing on litigation and commercial law.

In 2016, Lionel BUGMANN joined the firm to also work in the legal and commercial fields as an associate and then, from 2022, as a partner.

The firm was restructured in 2024 and its name changed to ‘MMBR Avocats’.

With regard to the founding partners, Pierre-Yves MONTAVON is continuing his activities as an honorary lawyer and external consultant ‘Of Counsel’ to the firm and Yves C. MERMIER is gradually reducing his activities.

MMBR Avocats is thus made up of specialist lawyers with many years’ experience gained in Switzerland and abroad with leading international law firms and fiduciaries.
