Claudio A. REALINI was born in 1974. He completed his law studies at the University of Neuchâtel in 2000.

Claudio A. REALINI also holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs, specialising in diplomacy, from the Institute for International Political Studies in Milan.

Claudio A. REALINI was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2002. REALINI completed his legal traineeship with a major Geneva law firm, and with the Guardianship Court and the Justice of the Peace of the Republic and Canton of Geneva, and was admitted to the Bar in 2004.

In 2005, Claudio A. REALINI then worked as a chief clerk the Guardianship Court and the Justice of the Peace of the Republic and Canton of Geneva, before becoming an independent lawyer.
His main areas of practice are litigation, personal and family law, inheritance law and adult and child protection law.

Other areas of expertise include commercial contract law, international trade law, employment law, liability and private insurance law and European law.

Claudio A. REALINI is also a director or manager of several companies.

His working languages are French, English and Italian, with a good knowledge of German.

In parallel of his work as an attorney, Claudio A. REALINI was a Deputy Judge at the Court for the Protection of Adults and Children of the Republic and Canton of Geneva from 2010 to 2024.

Claudio A. REALINI is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association.
